For all reparations, we send:
- a repair truck with two technicians,
- or a bucket truck with 2 men.
Maintenance
Our maintenance contract includes:
- fast repair intervention, except during annual holidays,
- free replacement of any defective or broken part that was not caused by a third party, inclement weather or intentional misuse,
- travel, interior and exterior cleaning of sign,
- fluorescent tube and starter replacement.
High voltage neon maintenance includes:
- tube replacement,
- electrode housing replacement
- cable, fireman switch and transformer verification.
Administrative
We can help you obtain authorisation for your future BELGONEON sign.
We can collect and fill out certain documents on your behalf, depending on location.
- This service is available when you order a sign from us.
- We may assist you as little or as much as you want, depending on specific requirements for each community; from a simple copy of the project with specifications to a simplified building permit (not including the architect's signature).
