NEON SIGNS

the Belgobox range:

the classical lit box that will never go out of fashion
Based on the Belgoneon exclusive tube metal sections, reputable for their solidity. Made either single-faced (flat against the wall) or double-faced (flag-like) and with a tailored finish.

Structure:
- exclusive tube aluminium section welded to the angles using argon.
- Boxes’ depth: metal sections: 193 mm, 199 mm, 223 mm, 170 mm, 117 mm.

Finish :
- anodized natural silver 15 microns
- bodywork paint with a primer layer for adherence, two layers of acrylic paint, firing in a painting cabin; colours are as follows: Ral or Pantone or counter-typage based on a sample,… (painting cabin)

Dimensions :
- all dimensions are bespoke

Face :
- 3, 4 or 5 mm (depending on the area) cast opaline PMMA acrylic lens (Perspex); joint-free for sizes up to 3000 x 2000 mm or 1500 x 4000 mm. For larger sizes, either using discrete joints between the boards or using stretched canvas (see further on)
- Dibond sandwich board with characters cut out with a milling machine and a bonded acrylic lens.

Visual part :
- Digital print using solvent ink (3 year guarantee) or with anti-UV film (5 year guarantee). This technology enables the reproduction of all patterns, photos, backgrounds, graphic effects…
- Using adhesive translucent films (5 year guarantee); cut-out using a computer-assisted robot-table (cutting table)
- fitting of posters behind a non-reflective.
- Combined with embossed letters, lit or not.

Lighting :
- Internal lighting by means of fluorescent tubes (daylight 6,500° Kelvin) ; standard or long-life model
- internal by means of low-energy and long-life electro-luminescent diodes (mainly for single-faced neon signs)
- optional : underlining of the outline or of the characters by means of a neon tube (high tension)
- optional : integration of recessed spotlights in the lower section of the box

Back : (for single-faced boxes only)
- closed by means of a white metal sheet for optimal light reflection.
- optional : the bottom of the box is not touching the wall and is equipped with an acrylic lens that will diffuse a halo of light against the wall.

Support :
- aluminium stirrups; standard 100 mm clearance
- tailored aluminium or steel straps, (to cater for contours on the wall, for instance)
- square, rectangular or round post(s); non-rust finish (by sandblasting) and hot metal-plating, powder-coating finish with reference colour Ral (your choice)(metal-plating: technical explanation)
- Welded base platinum with reinforcement consoles ; double bolting on the barrel vault with assembled threaded metal rods, cast in a concrete foundation; the foundations and the poles are calculated by an engineer at our technical research department. These foundations can be made by ourselves or by a local builder who will follow our plans.
